冷一非 ，博士 ，毕业于中国地质大学（武汉）环境科学与工程专业 。主要研究方向为水土环境中新型环境污染物的污染现状 、生态环境健康评价 、生态毒理效应 、生物修复技术等 。参与国家自然科学基金2项 ，美国自然科学基金1项 ，国家商务部和中科院联合海外科教基地项目1项 。在国内外高水平期刊上发表论文18篇 ，其中SCI论文14篇 ，获已授权国家发明专利4项 ，获湖北省自然科学三等奖1项 ，湖北省科技进步三等奖1项 ，宜昌市科技进步一等奖1项 。
